We're So Young Then, We Were Too Crazy In Love

It's the second day of the year. This only means one thing, the break's about to end. In a few days, school's back and I'll be battling my ass off (excuse me for the vulgarity of my words) with schoolwork, lack of sleep and exhaustion once again. So before this lovely break ends, I better make the most out of what's left. HAHAHAHA. Anyway, so for medya noche [how'd you spell this? Is it medYa?or medIa? anyway,] we had the traditional and family-favorite "tsokolate de tablea" and ham and "queso de bola".





I also spent my last minutes of 2010 watching fireworks. I must admit, the government's commercials against fireworks, firecrackers were effective. People did welcome 2011 with a bang. But, unlike the previous years, the fireworks were less. Nevertheless, this did not hinder me, my sister and mom from lighting up roman candles. My sister, Kaye, and I did some light writing. It was fun. We were successful. heehee.







On New Year's Day itself, my OC-ness got the better out of me. So, I ended up fixing some stuff. [Is this a foreshadowing of my life for the rest of the year? 'll be OC for the rest of the year?]Anyway, I found of the stuff I've had since I was a kid.



Clips, which I will be wearing to school this year.



A toy car, which belonged to my uncle when he was a kid pa. Yeah, collector's item right there.



And yeah, meet Roberto. He's my toy robot. Dad brought him home from Germany. I asked for one day kasi. HAAHAHAHA, the boy in me. Hihihihi.

And since, it's a new year. I've to say goodbye to my old planner. And say hello to a new one. Quite sad, I loved my 2010 planner. While putting away the 2010 planner, I found the other planners. HAHAHAAHAHA. Hence, ...






I also found other things. HAHAHAHAHAA, As most of my high school friends know, I'm a big fan of post its. I just didn't realize I got so much of them. HAHAHAHAHA. I guess, I won't be buying post its until "insert x number of years". HAHAHAHAH.



Aside from these post its, I found something else. I shall not write anything about it. Except that my 'discovery' made me go, OOOHHHH and made me even more excited for summer. HAHAHAHAHA.



So, this was how I spent my first day of the year. Well, I also spent time to just sit down, write my thoughts out, my resolutions, my goals (yeah, they're two different things), my wishes and ambitions. I had time to reflect and get in touch with my 'inner self'. BAHAHAAHAHAHA. These resolutions will be posted soon. I shall declare them to the world. Declaration helps right? it's the SECRET. HAHAHAHAHAHA.

To cap off the lovely day I had, mom, kaye and I decided to grill. We had hotdog for dinner. We decided to eat something light since we've been eating a lot the entire day (didn't we all?). What started out as a dinner for the 'busog' became time well spent for us. We decided to have S'mores (minus graham and chocolate), sit under the stars, enjoy the cold and breezy night and share a bottle of mudshake.Well, half of it. I missed this, bonding time with mom and kaye. This also made me miss my Dad even more. I guess, it is, needless to say, one of my resolutions this year; to spend more time with them. HIHIHI.
